    The Application Administration group is a specialized team within our Infrastructure Department responsible for supporting and maintaining applications across multiple platforms and internal Ceannate Companies. The Application Support Specialist will configure approved user accounts and apply proper permissions within the application or software applications. They will also provide troubleshooting and identify appropriate resolution path in real-time.

     

    Job Details:

    • This is a full-time, permanent position.
    • Benefits include the following:
      • Up to thirteen (13) days of Paid Time Off during your first year

    • Weekly schedule will be one of the following:
      • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
      • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
      • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
      • Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor assigned software and internal applications to identify root cause issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
    • Utilize root cause analysis to update system and application documentation.
    • Monitor, update, and maintain assigned software applications to ensure the system is performing as designed from both IT and end user perspectives.
    • Develop automated processes for application and system monitoring.
    • Develop and obtain documentation regarding SOP for software and applications; ensuring to document how operations process and workflows are being utilized within the software and applications.
    • Document and understand system configurations and how this will interact with each application and software.
    • Provide approved users (new hires or existing users) with permissions within the software or application. Remove permissions for employee separation or status changes to ensure security posture.
    • Generate reporting for SLA, system availability, performance KPI, and other relevant information for continuous improvement analysis.
    • Monitor and maintain assigned software applications to ensure the system is performing as designed from both IT and end user perspectives.
    • Act as a liaison to the Development department to facilitate release management of new code for internally designed applications.
    • Offer a consultative approach to operations on features and functionality within the supported applications that could potentially add value to their workflows or business lines.
    • Collaborate with other infrastructure teams on new product selection.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred but not required
    • Previous application administration experience a plus
    • 1-2 years of experience in a call center operations or customer service role desired

     

    Language Skills:

    • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

    • At times, may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required.  Holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
