    The Senior Digital & Social Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing the organization’s digital marketing campaigns. They will lead strategy and execution of all of consumer-facing paid, owned and earned digital media, creative & content development, media research and optimization, SEO analysis and brand strategy and planning. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Digital & Social Marketing Manager must be a trailblazer in innovation and the creative process.


    • Play an integral role in the company’s market process and experience, representing Ceannate Corp’s brand and digital ecosystem.
    • Collaborate effectively with tech experts, business leaders and best-in-class partners to address future improvements and retain business goals.
    • Conduct thorough research on trends and habits in the market to create ideal opportunities for interaction.
    • Stay on top of the dynamics of the digital industry, knowledge of key trends and best practices.
    • Select interesting insights and effective advertising to increase brand awareness.
    • Apply highest standards for SEM campaign management.
    • Deliver best-result, user-generated content advertising, relying on testing and optimization.
    • Develop effective strategies to engage people through search engines, banners, text, videos and social media advertisement.
    • Implement content strategy, planning, marketing, creation, promotion and analysis.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing communications
    • Ten (10) years of experience in marketing
    • Experience with brand management and strategic business initiatives
    • Strong writing/editing skills and experience with content marketing
    • Strong understanding of digital and inbound marketing
    • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) analysis—CTR, PPC, and related concepts
    • Experience using sales and marketing platforms, such as Salesforce
    • Experience using social media and mobile platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
    • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel


    Language Skills:

    • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

    • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
    • May require occasional travel
    • May require occasional evening and/or weekend work to meet deadlines
