    Responsibilities

    Sales:

    • Manage, track and follow up on leads/set future appointments.
    • Provide additional collateral, product demonstration and/or answers to convert leads to sales.
    • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in accordance with company goals.
    • Create and update activity reports.

     

    Support:

    • Have the ability to make someone’s day better.
    • Log outcomes and document customer inquiries.
    • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding clients through corrective steps.
    • Improve client product knowledge and offer technical assistance.
    • Participate in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
    • Accommodate client challenges by recommending devices and techniques.
    • Avoid legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
    • Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
    • Update job/industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
    • Understand the needs of our clients to effectively and efficiently offer proper solutions.

    Qualifications

    Skills:

    • Two (2) years of customer sales and support experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Patience, persistence and persuasiveness
    • Excellent typing skills
    • Well-organized
    • Professional and customer focused
