    We are looking for a passionate clinical operations manager with behavioral health experience to join our telemedicine team based in Schaumburg, IL. The right candidate will be an indispensable contributor focused on successful delivery of our customer commitments.     Responsibilities

    • Leads the onboarding, implementation, and monitoring of patient/provider engagement on the platform, including utilization management
    • Assists sales team with clinical aspect of sales meetings and calls acting as subject-matter expert for best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and current trends

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • 8+ years of clinical and operations experience in the behavioral health industry
    • Experience with behavioral telehealth or teletherapy.
    • Understanding challenges and pain points of onboarding providers, quality control, and patient/provider ratios.
    • Previous management experience including responsibilities for recruiting, hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
    • Strong working knowledge of clinical front and back office operations, including clinic/agency structures and operations, billing, interfacing with providers to manage claims, and revenue recognition.
    • Experience working with multiple insurance carriers, understanding the empanelment process, ensuring coverage of telehealth services, and pain points related to insurance.
    • Understanding of behavioral health and telehealth regulations, rules and legislation.
    • Ability to work tactfully and professionally with agency/clinic leadership and clinicians.
    • Partner with sales to recruit and retain high-quality mental health providers while partnering to establish best practices, performance metrics and standards to measure and monitor the quality of service provided.
    • Well versed in federal and state regulations of licensed professional counselors, social workers, marriage family therapist, psychologists, and psychiatrists.

     

     

    Education/Certifications

    • Masters in Health Care Administration, Mental Health/Behavioral Health/Counseling related, or MBA
    • Licensure as a mental health professional is a plus
