  • Overview

    The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing strategy in a manner that supports consistent and measurable business growth. This individual will "sit at the sales and marketing management team table" to assist in the formulation and execution of the company's strategic direction, and will be responsible for planning, organizing, training and managing all marketing functions to achieve Ceannate’ s  objectives for sales, growth, profitability, and visibility; in alignment with the company's strategic direction.

    Responsibilities

    • Brand Marketing- Play an integral role in the company’s market process and experience, representing Ceannate Corp’s brand and digital ecosystem.
    • Growth Marketing - Develop digital programs to increase customer growth and improve conversion rates across Facebook, Instagram, Paid Search, Display/Retargeting, YouTube & Affiliate Marketing.
    • Landing Page Development & Optimization – Working closely with the creative team to develop a best in class user experience. Manage digital assets and support the company's business objectives (Awareness, Conversion, and Revenue).
    • Digital Activation – Develop annual tactical digital marketing plans that embrace the full set of digital tools, including SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, web site, web video, and social media appropriate to a developer focused brand, audience, and message. Specifically, identify benchmarks and implement new practices and strategies to improve followers and engagement across all relevant social platforms.
    • Analytics and Reporting – Own analytics and reporting for digital and growth marketing. Develop quarterly and yearly reports/dashboards that effectively communicate current state of business and program performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s a plus
    • 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing and management
    • Experience with brand management and strategic business initiatives
    • Strong writing/editing/proofing skills and experience with content marketing
    • Experience in managing both B2B and B2C digital business models
    • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) analysis—CTR, PPC, and related concepts
    • Experience using sales and marketing platforms, such as Salesforce and Pardot
    • Master in all social media and mobile platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
